Having spent a good chunk of her life in Edmonds, WA, Christa (Roberts) Johnson considers herself a proud Washingtonian. Raised in a Christian home with her three siblings, Christa came to a life-changing faith in Christ while in high school. In 1993, Christa attended a Youth With a Mission discipleship training school in France and Albania. In preparation for further cross-cultural ministry, Christa attended Northwest University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature in 1997. Since college, Christa has worked for World Concern, an international relief and development agency, and as a missionary for Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) International. With her husband (Todd) and their two daughters (Anna & Sarah) she lived and worked as a missionary in central China from 2005 - 2008. In her spare time, Christa enjoys volunteering in her community, helping out in her daughters' classrooms, and reading a good book.
