Bethany of the Northwest is sponsoring a ten week course for anyone seeking to enhance their care giving skills. Topics will include Listening Skills, Community Resources, Grief, Peer Support and others. The first class is Thursday, October 4th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at Bethany Silver Lake and the last class is December 13. Our congregation will make a donation of $250 in support of this program. We have five people signed up to take the course so far, and we have room for three more. If you are interested in participating please talk with Pastor Jocelyn or call the church office.
