Local Benevolence for May

Faith Action Network

April 30, 2012

Local Benevolence

For many years we have supported the work of the Lutheran Public Policy Office, our advocating voice in Olympia and around our state.  In 2011 LPPO merged with the Washington Association of Churches and became the Faith Action Network, a faith-inspired statewide partnership striving for a just, compassionate, and sustainable world through community building, education, and courageous public action.  Thank you for your generous gifts to support the work of FAN.  In addition to our monetary gifts, Trinity is one of a growing number of congregations in our state that is an Advocating Congregation.  If you would like more information about how you can become more involved as a member of an Advocating Congregation, please talk to Steve Lay, Cyndi Nielsen, Pastor Paul Benz or Pastor Jocelyn.
