November Worship Notes

All Saints Sunday on November 6 – We will light a candle and toll a bell in memory of all those who have died since November of last year.  We also light a candle in honor of those baptized into this community of faith.

Stewardship Sunday on November 13 – Our theme for this year is “God is building a home.”  The Gospel for the day is the Parable of the Talents which invites us to reflect on all the gifts that we have been given to us for the building up of God’s home.

Christ the King Sunday on November 20 – We bring our Commitment Cards, our Time and Talent Sheets, and food or financial gifts for the work of the Everett Gospel Mission.  The women will lead us in giving thanks.

The First Sunday of Advent on November 27 – We move into the season of Advent and Christmas with great joy and anticipation.  The Advent Wreath will be lit.

Bartell Drugs is providing us with another opportunity to earn some money for Trinity.  At any Snohomish County location you can now sign up for there ‘B’ Caring Card.  On the back of the paperwork designate Trinity as the group  you wish to support.  Use this card each time you shop at Bartell and up to 4% of your purchases will be contributed to Trinity.
