Powerful Tools for Caregivers

      Do you provide care for a loved one with a chronic illness or disability? Powerful Tools is a six week series designed to provide you, the caregiver, with tools to take care of yourself while caring for a loved one. Classes consist of interactive lessons, discussions and brainstorming to help you use the “tools” and put them into action in your life. Classes are free and taught by trained and certified class leaders.  Classes are taught at the Lynnwood Senior Center, 5800 198th St. SW, Lynnwood WA. To register call 425.670.5050.
