We have received our $200,000 loan from Union Bank, as a 10-year loan with a fixed interest rate of 4.51%.  Our monthly mortgage payment is $2,074.  We are in the process of clearing the front entry area where the large lift will go and getting a dedicated electrical line installed in the area.  We are working with the lift contractor to make sure we have the necessary building support structure to handle the weight of the smaller lift (3600 pounds) that will go in the FiresideRoom.  We are now asking three contractors for actual roofing bids as we get ready to award the roofing contract.  Contributions to the Building Fund as of 22 February, stands at $86,211.
