Under Construction

We have begun the loan application process with Union Bank.  We have provided the Bank with the information they requested and now the Bank needs to review the information and obtain an appraisal of the Church before a loan will be provided.  We expect this to take about six weeks so it will be the end of November or early December before we hear anything about the Bank loan.  In early December,  Council will need to decide which financial institution we will work with; Union Bank, Thrivent or Mission Investment Fund.  Skip Sheppard has graciously volunteered to be our Project Manager to oversee these construction projects – thank you Skip.

Gifts are already being received towards the project, which is estimated to total about $200,000.   Your gift towards this project will make it possible for us to move forward in serving not only our own members, but the greater community.  Gifts of any size will make a difference! You can give in memory of someone who loved Trinity Lutheran Church or in honor of someone who is currently being served in some way by our ministries.  This might be the perfect gift for someone who already has everything they need.

     As we are "Growing into God's Future" we remember and honor those who have been part of Trinity at any time in our past.  We would like to invite those who were baptized, confirmed, or married here to be part of the building project.  Please help by sending the addresses of those formerly connected to Trinity to the church office.
