Vacation Bible School

      We had a fantastic Vacation Bible School in June!  27 students were registered this year, and they all had a great time!  We learned a lot about God's love for us, and about The Lord's Prayer.  We went through Safari Obstacle Courses, we ate Lion's Paws and Zebra Sundaes, we made crayon holders, place mats and necklaces, and we sang a lot of great songs. It was a wonderful week.

      This week was made especially wonderful with the help of all of our terrific volunteers!  Thanks so much to Pastor Jocelyn, Amanda Jansen and her friend Myra, Michelle Brebner, Norma Bingham, June Hansen, Jerry Bingham, Alyssa Massengale, Peggy Ostergaard, Lynda Elwood, Nancy Lay, Dorthey Thompson, Shelley Thompson, Anne Keverline, Mary Carson, and so many others who helped to make this a wonderful week!

      Be sure to mark your calendars for our next fun event!  Rally Day is September 13th.  We have a lot of fun activities planned for this day, and our upcoming Sunday School Year.  Hope to see you all there!
